SOUTHERN SKIES AND AZOTIC RESOLVE THEIR DIFFERENCES
Rochester, Minn. – June 19, 2012 – Southern Skies Opal, LLC, and Azotic Coating Technology, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have resolved their differences and settled the lawsuit commenced by Southern Skies on February 1, 2012. The parties have reached an amicable agreement with regard to the First Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment filed in the U.S. District Court of Arizona by Southern Skies.
The Southern Skies Group has acquired the ability to offer and sell Brazilian sourced and manufactured coated drusies in the United States. The Southern Skies Group does not provide coating services. For coating services please contact Azotic Coating Technology:
